TBJ Creators Academy
At TBJ, we believe success means nothing if it doesn’t uplift others. As part of our mission to give back to the community and contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 4: Quality Education and SDG 8: Decent Work & Economic Growth), we launched the TBJ Creators Academy.
The Academy officially launched its first cohort in August 2025, welcoming passionate young creators eager to turn their creativity into careers. Built to bridge the gap between passion and opportunity, TBJ Creators Academy is more than a training program — it’s a pathway to independence, employability, and lasting impact.
The TBJ Creators Academy was created to address a simple truth: too many talented young people are underutilized because they lack access to mentorship, structure, and opportunity.
We are committed to changing that by building a pipeline of skilled creatives who can compete globally, contribute to the digital economy, and transform their creativity into sustainable careers.
